News and Updates

Sept. 13 - Harrison Berg Benefit

Attention all Grand Union fans! We are honored to be able to help a local family in need and will be playing at the Starlite Club on Sept. 13.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated and we look forward to seeing you the night of the benefit.
Let's have some fun for a good cause.
See the following details:

A benefit with raffles and a silent auction will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Sept. 13 at Starlite Club, W2091 County Road JJ, Kaukauna, for 23-month-old Harrison Berg, son of Eric and Michelle Berg. Harrison had surgery in January for a spinal cord tumor but only 70 percent was able to be removed. The tumor has continued to grow and has now extended into his brain. He has been started on chemotherapy at Children's Hospital. Donations for Hope for Harrison are being accepted at First National Bank in Oshkosh, Neenah and Appleton. Proceeds will be used to offset medical expenses, travel costs and lost wages. Any contributions of time, services or gift baskets also will be greatly appreciated. For updates on Harrison's battle with cancer, visit caringbridge.org/visit/harrisonberg. For more information, contact Cheryl at 920-279-2955 or tvienola@att.net.

WAMI 2014 Country Band Of The Year

Grand Union would like to thank the WAMI organization and it's members for bestowing a great honor on the band.
On Sunday night (4/27) the WAMI Awards were held at the Performing Arts Center in Appleton to honor Wisconsin musicians for their efforts and achievements in the Wisconsin music industry.
We are pleased, honored, and humbled to be the recipient of Country Artist of the Year 2014.
We thank our fans and those who support local music in Wisconsin and we look forward to seeing you all very soon at a show near you.
